Information and purpose
We process your name, email, event type, optional date and message to assess and respond to your pilot application. The legal basis is steps at your request prior to entering a contract. Required information is necessary to apply. There are no automated selection decisions or marketing subscriptions.
Service providers
The form is delivered to Turkia Digital’s email through Cloudflare and processed in Google’s Gmail. Providers may process information outside the EU/EEA under applicable safeguards, including EU standard contractual clauses. Contact us for further details. We use no advertising or analytics tracking. IP addresses are used for abuse rate limits and are not included in application emails. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical browser and network information to prevent bots. The result is verified on the server before the application is delivered. Retention
Applications are handled in email and kept only for as long as necessary for pilot selection and related correspondence. Selected applicants receive separate service privacy information before using the service.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or applicable portability and withdraw your application at info@muistelo.com. You may complain to Finland’s Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
